Immediate Position Available

VP of Finance

Responsibilities: The VP of Finance is the lead Finance Executive for our company. This postion is a key company executive for our finance strategy and planning, acquisition evaluation and integration, business capitalization. The VP of Finance reports to and works closely with the President / CEO.

Specifically, the VP of Finance will be:

• Essential to driving sustained growth through capital acquisition through selling the securities of the company and arranging debt financing.
• Leading the development of business plans, budgets, forecasts and monitoring and reporting against the plans to ensure the organization continues to meeting its financial goals.
• Providing recurring updates and reports to the leadership and executive team members, including finance activities forecasts and analyses.
• Staffing and managing an efficient finance department and developing and implementing processes, which are necessary to provide financial support to the organization.
•Managing proper internal controls for the safeguarding of all company assets, risk management activities, as well as ensuring compliance with corporate governance guidelines.
•Overseeing and, as necessary, realigning for the review, renewal and administration of all insurance policy terms, including but not limited to general commercial property, product liability, health insurance, and worker’s compensation insurance.
•Coordinating and reviewing all appropriations for capital expenditures including management of the company vehicle fleet program.
•Acting as liaison with company legal and investment banking advisors for review and compliance issues.

Qualifications:
This is a position which requires a high energy, team player.  Prior experience and successes selling securities stockbroker.  A solid knowledge of and commitment to legal and compliance requirements and generally accepted accounting procedures is essential. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, have a sense of urgency and will be motivated by accomplishment and success. He or she must be an excellent written and oral communicator, and be decisive in a fast moving entrepreneurial atmosphere. The organization requires a person of integrity, who is highly ethical, financially responsible, and a broad based business thinker. The successful candidate should have an extensive background in financial, strategic and business leadership

Additional Qualifications include:

•Experience working for an international company is strongly preferred.
•A track record within an organization that has significant field operations.
•Five or more years of experience in increasingly responsible financial management positions with at least three years experience in a senior financial role.
•Experience with mergers and acquisitions is highly desired.
•A strong track record in growing small to midsized businesses.
•The willingness to periodically travel domestically and internationally.
•Proven experience as a strong leader.
•Exceptional analytical skills.
•Well honed interpersonal and inter-organizational skills.


Reporting Relationship:
The VP of Finance will report directly to the President/CEO and be an integral member of the leadership team.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a financial or accounting discipline. An advanced degree in business administration or finance would be a plus. An NASD licensed stockbroker is strongly desired.

Location:
The position will be located at the company’s chapter headquarters in Washington State.

Compensation:
There will be a competitive base salary offered, commensurate with experience and accomplishment, as well as a bonus program. In addition, we provide a comprehensive program of employee benefits.
